  60.     B13 stands for BUREAU 13, a name taken from the science fiction show
  61.   Babylon 5.  In that show, B13 is a dissident/underground organization.
  62.   I, Lankhmar, started BUREAU 13 because I got in the mood to try my hand
  63.   at making modules and wanted a name to release them under.  I am basically
  64.   just doing this for fun, as I suppose most are!
